The last day of the sale is planned for 10 Jan 10, but may be withdrawn early if any unforeseen circumstances arise. The price that is listed will be the price that we will hold for parts that are not in stock. All other terms and conditions remain the same.

Prices are subject to change during sale period.

Items listed as in stock subject to sales volume. Delivery subject to shop opening and postal working days.

Delivery

Shipping And Handling - Postage & Packing fees to UK, Europe or the Rest of the World detailed in the shopping cart.

Delivery Schedule - As we list items that we have available to us from our suppliers as well as what we have in stock, we are at the mercy of our suppliers on these items. We list what is in stock and what is available to us from our suppliers. In stock items are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Items not in stock will be dispatched as soon as they come in to stock. Normally stock is received from our suppliers every 7-14 days. If the item is not in stock with our supplier then we need to look at each item on an item by item basis.

Pease allow a minimum of 28 days for delivery, particularly overseas to North America.

Credit/debit cards WILL NOT be charged for any item until it is ready to ship.
PayPal customers will be contacted within 60 days and refunded if requested.

Back Orders - If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will only be charged Postage & Packing once per order. Should some items be in stock they will be dispatched and the back orders will follow without additional Postage & Packing.

Returns and Guarantees

Guarantee - We aim to please and provide peace of mind when you make your purchase, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it to us within 7 days with the receipt and in its original packaging and condition and we will provide a replacement item or, if you prefer, refund you the purchase cost of the item. The purchaser is responsible for the postage cost of returned items. If you do need to return any goods, please ensure that the package is securely wrapped as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement on goods which are damaged during return transit to us. All items are securely and carefully packed by us for shipment, we are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit to you, please contact Royal Mail for compensation in this instance.

Limits on Guarantees - guarantee is subject to fair use policy. Any used item will be looked at on an item by item basis.

Returns Policy - If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason we will be delighted to offer you a replacement or a refund to the value of the product(s) subject to the details set out in the Guarantee section.

Payment

We accept credit card payments using the SagePay secure server. If you are shopping from the EU or other countries outside of the UK simply place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro & Solo, PAyPal, Postal orders and UK Bank cheque's. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. We additionally accept EUROCHEQUES in £ Sterling. To pay by mail just shop as normal and select "Money order" at the Payment options. When we receive the order we will get in touch with you to arrange payment.

Tax Charges - All prices indicated are inclusive of VAT (UK TAX).

We reserve the right to refuse/cancel orders, prior to payment being received (including credit card processing).

Refunds will be by the same method as payment. Delivery will not be included in any refund and is subject to the goods being returned in a merchantable quality within 28 days. Faulty goods will be exchanged, subject to the fault being a manufacturing fault and not wear and tear. Non delivery will be refunded/replaced after an investigation in to the where about's of the goods.

Privacy Policy - Newsletter

The newsletter will only be used by TeamXRay.co.uk to keep you informed of new features and promotions. No e-mail addresses will be passed on third parties. To unsubscribe from the Newsletter click the unsubscribe link in your next newsletter. We will try to keep to a maximum of 12 Newsletters a year.

Privacy Policy - Sales and other correspondence

We know that when you shop online, you want to be assured that your name, address, and any other information that you give to us is kept safe and secure. Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information is collected solely for the process of fulfilling your order. TeamXRay.co.uk do not pass on your e-mail address, home address or any other details to any third party. 'Cookies' are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Pre-Orders

You are able to Pre-Order items. As soon as they arrive with TeamXRay.co.uk we will dispatch them. We can not make any firm commitments to delivery dates on Pre Order items.
The pre-order system: You place the order as normal, including you credit/debit card details. When we get the items delivered to us, we get in touch with you to let you know it is on its way. Only when the new item is ready for despatch will we debit your credit/debit card. Other payment methods on an individual basis.

New Kit Deposits

1. Kit deposits are for kits that we do not have the full specification, price or launch date. We will publish as much of these details as we can and will try stick to them. We can not be held responsable if at the kit lauch there are changes to information published on Deposit listed kits.

2. Deposits paid are non-refundable, except in the case of significant increase in the price of the kits (£100+) from what we are advising on this page. Deposits will be collected on the next working day in the case of card payments. Money orders will be honoured on the day payment is recieved. Remainder of balance will become due when we are ready to despatch and will be debit from any cards on that day. Money orders will need to have paid remainder of any balance before despatch.

3. In the case of limited stocks being supplied, those who paid their deposit first will have their kits dispatched first.
