The XRAY T1FK 05 is the next evolution of the hugely successful multi-national champion XRAY T1 Factory Kit 1/10 scale luxury competition touring car.

Adjustable Rear Differential Positioning
XRAY designs a new innovation - fully adjustable rear diff angle and height adjustment. Using a composite hub in the rear bulkhead, you can easily increase or decrease the height of the differential, allowing you to quickly dial in more or less traction.
XRAY Multi-DiffÖ
XRAY is proud to debut this industry first, a new innovation and new patent û the XRAY Multi-DiffÖ. This new unique front diff has three different settings: one-way / one-way solid / full-time solid axle. You can easily use the Multi-DiffÖ as a standard one-way (left and right outdrives turn independently off-power), or lock the one-way out drives (both left and right outdrives turn together off-power), or you can fully lock the Multi-DiffÖ and it will work as a full-time solid axle.
The new lightweight one-way out drives manufactured from Hudy Spring Steel have a hex hole machined at each end. A lightweight machined hex style steel joint can be inserted into both one-way out drives to lock and create a solid one-way, which means both out drives will freely turn as a one-way, but both at the same time, thus creating a solid one-way off-power.
To create a full-time solid axle, a pin is inserted into the hex joint through the aluminum body of the Multi-DiffÖ. This will lock the out drives completely, creating a full-time solid axle.
Adjustable Bell-Crank
The T1FKÆ05 features new adjustable bell-crank post position which you can adjust by turning composite eccentric bushings in the chassis and top deck. You can move the complete assembly forward or backward to change your Ackermann settings.
The steering servo saver features an optimized steering link position.
New Bulkheads
The new ultra-light bulkheads are CNC machined from premium Swiss T6 7075 aluminum. All edges are manually chamfered to provide typical XRAY luxury attention to detail. Both front and rear bulkheads feature integrated belt tension adjustment. All ball bearings turn in composite hubs to decrease the friction and improve the efficiency of the drive train. All bulkheads are strategically machined to reduce weight.
Unlike other cars with the side motor concept, the T1FKÆ05 features a separate motor mount that is moved to the center of the car to improve the drive moment and provide a perfect weight balance. The separate lightweight motor mount is CNC machined from premium Swiss T6 7075 aluminum. In order to produce a ultra stiff tweak free design the the motor mount is keyed to both the chassis and top deck.
New Drive Train Concept
The new T1FKÆ05 features a radical change to the drive train when compared to previous T1 concepts. The motor mounting was moved to the left side of the chassis. This enabled us to achieve the ultimate low CG but mainly to change the racing characteristics because of the different drive moment. The new T1FKÆ05 with side motor concept removes the redundant grip of the rear suspension and moves the grip to the front suspension, thus making the car more reactive and providing more steering on-power.
Improved Drive Train Efficiency
The new super-efficient twin belt drive train features oversized pulleys with a new 1.7 internal ratio. Both front and rear belts remain the same as previous XRAY cars, while the differential and one-way pulleys are larger 34 tooth pulleys carried over from the T1 and T1 EVO2. A new super-efficient larger 20T middle shaft pulley set enables better belt wrapping and improved drive train efficiency. The drive train efficiency of T1FK was considered as the worldÆs bestà the new drive train of the T1FKÆ05 is another step forward in improvement, bringing the drive train efficiency to the highest possible maximum.
New Chassis
The T1FKÆ05 chassis is the worldÆs narrowest touring car chassis ever made! The width of the chassis is only 104 mm. The new chassis has optimized weight distribution which places the electronics and batteries opposite each other. All componets are placed as close as possible to the centerline of the chassis.
New composite battery slots will make sure the batteries stay firmly in place without causing tweak.
New Middle Layshaft
The new polished aluminum layshaft is strategically CNC machined to reduce rotating weight to a minimum. The layshaft is hollow and perfectly round, and holds the two brand new 20T pulleys and supports the spur gear to eliminate drive train vibration.
Optional Battery Holder
The T1FKÆ05 is a pro level car and like the other pro level cars, it uses tape to hold the batteries in the chassis. The chassis also features holes for an optional graphite battery strap which features the XRAY smart battery holder system. The aluminum capture wheel will enable you to easily attach the battery strap, without any clips. Easy, smart, and quick.
Roll Center Holders
Optional aluminum roll center holders are included for more tuning options.
Anti-Tweak System
The upper deck has been optimized to provide sufficient flex but to be stiff enough to provide the required rigidity. The top deck is attached to the rear bulkheads by two screws at each side, and is also attached to the motor holder with one screw. The top deck is attached to the front bulkheads with one screw at each side of the bulkheads. The aluminum stand offs provide additional support between the top deck and the chassis that will prevent chassis tweaking during a crash. This anti-tweak system was developed after numerous tests of different combinations and concepts.
Shock Towers
Both front and rear Factory Kit shock towers are included as standard. The shock towers features optimized roll center positions. An optional front shock tower (#302095) is available for use with foam tires.
